is a trio of diehard rockers with deep state roots in genres as varied as folk, metal, bluegrass, western, punk, funk, soul and chamber music. We may look old, but our music is fresh and hot, with all the trans fat left in. Like a great gumbo, years of cooking with lots of musical ingredients has brought us to a boil and now we are running over the top with our own sound.
Kenny Mansfield is the drummer,reaching in to his bag of sticks for his bag of tricks and holding the meter through all the chaos.
Kenny has been playing in bands from the onset of his misspent youth, unable to control his need to beat on skin.He is the engine in the trio. He lives in Winston-Salem and has two children.

Robert Sprye is the bassman, driving the low end, laying down
the groove and smoothing out the wrinkles.Robert is a true workman always in demand for live venues, and recording sessions. Robert is married, and hails from Archdale, NC.
Trained classically, he brings his touch to any style, making him the essential bottom edge drive train to the trios work.
Maxwell Lofland is the trios chassis.Married with two daughters, he lives in Clemmons, NC. He writes the music, plays guitar, and sings. Because of this, he gets to move the most equipment. Maxwell writes in accordance to his imagination, paying no heed to artistic road signs or roadblocks, Look under the hood of this band and listen to that roar
